Pricing FAQs

Is this per seat or per envelope?
Per seat. An "envelope" in tawqi3 is a unit of work, not a revenue lever. Send as many as your plan allows; we won't penalize you for being busy.
Do I have to pay for both products if I only use one?
You can buy a single product. Buying both on one tenant is significantly cheaper than buying them separately, because you're paying for one identity, one billing, and one audit surface — not two.
What about Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES)?
QES is included on the Enterprise tier in eligible jurisdictions and depends on a Qualified Trust Service Provider partnership in that region. Talk to us for the current list.
Can I get a region-specific tenant?
Yes — on Business (per-region) and Enterprise (dedicated region). Your data and audit logs stay in the chosen region.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — available on request once we're past the waitlist. Trials run on a real tenant with sample data, not a sandbox.
